the room had a nice view i could see the sunrise each morning it was an added bonus i found it very spacious. the hotel's location is great and easy to get to from the station i appreciated being right next to parks.
the hallway door slamming all day and night made sleeping impossible that was really annoying. the staff was friendly until i politely mentioned the hallway door needed a soft close i thought this was a reasonable request.

great locationhelpful staffflat pillows
the location was close to town i could walk there easily. the staff was helpful and i stored my bags after checkout while touring. i was able to tour the city before my flight so that helped my day go smooth. i would stay there again given the chance.
the pillows were quite flat and not very comfortable for sleeping. the bed itself was also too soft for my liking. i think better pillows are really a must for an hotel like this.

the hotel has a great location very close to the town center. i found it easy to walk to the adolphe bridge and other attractions. its very well located for city exploration.

The room felt somewhat unclean. I found dust in several spots. The bathroom shower's design made the floor VERY wet, a safety concern. It seems improvements are needed to enhance the cleanliness AND functionality.

i loved the excellent location very close to the city center the river view from my room was fantastic i noticed a thoughtful touch with a dog bed and bowl also the free dog snack was awesome too. i found the room to be very clean and tidy also the shower had great water pressure. the hotel provided convenient luggage storage and a good hairdryer i really appreciated these amenities. the easy check-in was quick also the air conditioning worked so well
the hotel parking cost an extra 25 euro per night which i thought was a little much on top of the room rate
